Reservations open across the United States
Reserve your Trexo Theo
A fully refundable deposit holds your place in the US build queue. Our clinical team then works with your family to confirm fit before there is any binding purchase.
How a reservation works
Three steps from deposit to your child's first walk.
Every Trexo Theo is made to fit one child. A reservation lets us start that process, with your child's therapist and our US clinical team alongside you.
Step 1
Place your refundable deposit
You're taken to Stripe to pay a reservation deposit securely. It holds your place in the US build queue.
Step 2
Assessment and prescription
We email you an assessment and prescription package. Your child's physical or occupational therapist completes the assessment and takes the sizing measurements, and a clinician licensed to prescribe in your state signs the prescription. Our clinical team reviews both and confirms Trexo Theo is a good fit. If it isn't, your deposit is refunded in full.
Step 3
Purchase agreement, training and delivery
Once approved, we confirm price and the purchase agreement in writing. Your Trexo Theo is built for your child and shipped to a Trexo Center near you, where a Trexo Certified Trainer trains you and your child before it goes home. US deliveries begin in 2027, in reservation order, and your 14-day trial period begins on your start date.
The full path, including training and delivery, is on the how it works page.
What your deposit means
A reservation, not a purchase.
The deposit is processed by Stripe and held by Trexo Robotics. It secures your place in the queue and starts the clinical assessment. It does not commit you to buying the device.
100% refundable
Cancel any time before signing the purchase agreement and we refund the full deposit within 14 days, no questions asked.
Credited to your purchase
If you go ahead, the deposit is credited in full against the final price of your Trexo Theo.
14-day trial at home
A reservation is not a purchase. And once your Trexo Theo arrives, you have 14 days from your start date to decide it is right for your child, with return terms set out in the purchase agreement.
Full details are in the reservation terms.
