Trexo Theo is a powered exoskeleton that lets children with cerebral palsy take steps over ground. Families across the US are reserving it now. Before a device ships, we want a Certified Trainer within reach of every one of them.

It fits around your practice.
A handful of visits per family, scheduled directly between you and the parents. You set your availability and how far you'll travel.
We handle everything else.
Device, shipping, family communication, reminders and payment. A Trexo clinical specialist is on the line for each family's first device set-up, before their training begins.
How it works
Four steps from application to your first family.
You certify once, then train each family at your clinic, where you can fit the device and certify the parent or caregiver properly. Everything after that happens in the family's home.

Get certified
Eleven hours in total: five hours of online modules and a live session with our clinical team, then six hours delivering your first family's training with Trexo on the line for the set-up. No cost to you.

Train your first family
At your clinic, now a Trexo Center. Trexo joins the first set-up live, then you fit the device, train the parent or caregiver, and certify them as a companion. Theo goes home only when they pass.

Support them at home
A week-one and a month-one check-in, then adjustments and size upgrades as the child grows. Trexo authorizes each visit and handles the rest.
Compensation
Paid for your time. Fixed rates, no surprises.
Each service has a set rate. Nothing is tied to sales or referrals; you are paid for clinical work and travel, once your visit notes and invoice are in.

Family training at your clinic: you fit the device, train the parent or caregiver, complete their companion certification, and the device goes home with them.
Week one

Home check-in during the first week. Catch setup and fit issues early, while routines are still forming.
Month one

Second home check-in at the one-month mark, when routines are forming and small adjustments make the difference.

Each additional authorized home visit: fit adjustments, growth, size upgrades. Requested by Trexo, never by guesswork.
A typical first year with one family is $1,400.
Ten families in a year is $14,000 or more, on a few visits per family and without leaving the practice you already run. There is no cap on the number of families you can support.
Rates shown in US dollars and set out in the Trainer Network agreement. Travel beyond your normal range is agreed with Trexo before a visit is scheduled.
Who we're looking for
Licensed, pediatric, local.
If you already work with children who have CP or similar conditions, you are most of the way there.
- Licensed physical therapist or occupational therapist in the United States
- Pediatric experience, ideally with cerebral palsy or other neurological conditions
- Access to clinic space for family training and companion certification
- Professional liability coverage, your own or through your clinic. We'll confirm details with you.
- Willing to travel to families' homes in your area for check-ins

- Do I have to buy a device?
- No. The family owns or leases their Theo. You never carry inventory, and there is no fee to join or to certify.
- How long does certification take?
- Eleven hours in total: about five hours of self-paced online modules, a live session with our clinical team and a short exam, then the six hours of training you deliver to your first family. Most therapists complete it alongside their normal schedule.
- When would this start?
- Theo is FDA cleared and the first US families receive devices in 2027. We are building the Trainer Network now so that a Certified Trainer is ready before each family's device ships.
- I'm already Trexo certified. Do I start over?
- No. A valid certification counts. You complete a short US program update and can be matched with families right away.
- Who schedules the visits?
- You and the family coordinate directly. Trexo tracks every visit, sends reminders to both sides, and steps in if anything slips.
- How and when am I paid?
- Per service, at the rates above, once your visit notes and invoice are in. Rates and terms are set out in the Trainer Network agreement you sign before your first family.
