What a reservation is

A reservation places your family in the queue for a Trexo Theo build slot and starts the clinical assessment process. It is not a purchase, and it does not create a binding agreement to buy a device. A purchase happens only when you sign a separate purchase agreement with Trexo Robotics.

The deposit

The reservation deposit is collected by Stripe on our behalf and held by Trexo Robotics. The amount is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. If you proceed to purchase, the full deposit is credited against the final price of your device.

Refunds

• The deposit is fully refundable at any time before you sign a purchase agreement.
• To cancel, email hello@trexorobotics.com from the address used for the reservation. No explanation is required.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of your request.
• If your child's treating therapist concludes that Trexo is not a good fit for your child, we cancel the reservation and refund the deposit in full without you having to ask.

Trial period

Every Trexo Theo purchased in the US comes with a 14-day trial period that begins on your start date. If during that period you decide Trexo is not right for your child, you may return the device under the terms of your purchase agreement, which sets out the return process and any conditions.

Clinical assessment

Trexo is a prescription medical device. Your child's treating therapist conducts the assessment and makes clinical recommendations. Trexo may support that process with product information, training materials, or participation in discussions. Reserving does not guarantee that Trexo will be appropriate for your child.

Pricing, delivery and queue position

Price is confirmed in writing before any purchase agreement. We currently expect US shipments to begin in 2027. Delivery timing depends on assessment, sizing and manufacturing, and any dates published or discussed before a purchase agreement are estimates rather than commitments. Reservations are served in the order received, subject to clinical readiness.

Your information

Information you provide during a reservation is used to administer the reservation and to contact you about the clinical assessment, as described in our privacy policy. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; Trexo never receives them.
