Is Trexo Theo cleared in the United States?

Yes. Trexo Theo received 510(k) clearance from the FDA. The full Indication for Use, contraindications and precautions are on our Indications and safety information page, linked in the footer.

Who is Trexo Theo for?

Patients 12 years and older with cerebral palsy, on a physician's prescription. If your child is younger or has a different diagnosis, talk to our team: we can tell you what's possible today and keep you informed as the indication evolves.

Can we use it at home?

Yes. Theo is designed for home use. A parent or caregiver completes Trexo's companion training, then runs the sessions: choose the mode and assistance level, help your child in, and walk. Most families use it several times a week. Clinics use the same device with a certified therapist.

How is it sized?

Four sizes, fitted to hip-to-knee and knee-to-floor length and adjustable as your child grows, up to 150 lb. Your child's therapist takes the measurements during the assessment and our clinical team confirms the size before the device is built. The sizing chart shows the ranges.
